Paper Presented at 2013 Material Research Symposium
Dr. Ammar Nayfeh, Assistant Professor of Microsystems Engineering, presented a paper titled, ‘Thin Film ALD Grown ZnO(n)/Si(P+) Heterojunction Diode’ at the 2013 Material Research Symposium (MRS) that was held from 1 – 5 April, in San Francisco, US.
The 2013 MRS Spring Meeting hosted 56 technical sessions, an international exhibit, a variety of special events and tutorial sessions, and much more.
Dr. Nayfeh presented the paper, in the technical session, titled ‘Complex Oxide Materials for Emerging Energy Technologies I’, under ‘Oxide Thin Films and Hetero structures for Advanced Information and Energy Technologies’ symposium.
